2. Lead and manage sales team to achieve assigned sales target, Training Staff.
3. Drive team moral, encourage teamwork and engagement according to the business and cooperate direction
4. Initiate sales force effectiveness program and control implementation
5. Responsible for the projection of a positive company image.
6. Responsible for conveying positive reinforcement to members regarding their fitness goal matches with service and variety of packages
7. Providing the best knowledge in maintaining a health and fitness-oriented lifestyle.
8. Follow-up and ensure that members or guest will get their best experience in workout and achieve their goal.
9. Purely focus in service oriented
10. Provide members/guests in the proper use of club exercise equipment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. Welcome All Genders and Aged.
2. At least 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in managerial level.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to planning, reporting, control, develop and manage well at all levels of the organization.
4. Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to supervise and strongly motivate sales professionals is a must.
6. Good command in English both writing and speaking.
7. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office.
