รายละเอียดงาน :
1.Assist in coordinating the day-to-day running of and the activities of team of Telesales Representatives.
2. Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through the renewals process and engage inside sales to maximize the revenue opportunity.
3. Drive sales goals from digital marketing channel.
3. Perform training, coaching, and leading Telesales representatives.
4. Present reports and analyzing contact center data to improve processes and performance.
5. Consistently evaluate the performance of Telesales representatives, ensure discipline and corrective actions where necessary.
6. Prepare and update effective daily call plan for TSRs to achieve sale target on monthly and yearly sale target.
7. Support Sales Manager and Telesales Representatives by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the sales department and staff.
8. Contact VIP clients to generate sales.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1.Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related fields.
2.Proven experiences at least 3 years as Team leader for Telesales team
3.Be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
4.Can do attitude and dynamics
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7.Excellent negotiation skill
8.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time
