Job responsibilities :
•Run the pastry and bakery kitchen in our Central Kitchen.
•Understanding pastry and bakery trends and delivering new and innovative products.
•Understands consumer trends to develop new and innovative products that meet our customer needs.
•Able to effectively and accurately cost out recipes.

•Good command in English & Thai language
•Good decision-making and ability to proactively make changes as needed.
•Ability to work flexible schedule to accommodate business levels.
•A diploma / degree in pastry / bakery or equivalent working experience.
